In past years at Corona del Sol, students in Entrepreneurship class use a realistic approach to what being an entrepreneur really is. Students take on the responsibility of “running a business”, by creating their own.
By doing this students can learn the importance of making a profit and being responsible for their products and success.
Market week consists of students in entrepreneurship creating a business plan to fund their own business with their own money. The goal is to sell as much of their products or services to other students and earn a profit.
Students are able to sell anything ranging from handmade items to services that interest other students.
Market week will be held Nov. 29-30 during both lunches.
