On May 6 and 7, Corona del Sol’s Dance Company presented its annual spring dance show called Let Us Entertain You. The dance show started each night at 7 p.m., and dancers from all levels were involved in the performance.

Dance Company started preparing for the show in late January and various students and guests choreographed the performances.

“I could tell that the dancers put a lot of time and effort into this show. They did a good job and the dances this year were some of my favorites,” junior Kayla Wall said.

Brett Butler and Austin Haas were the emcees of the show. They announced each dance and did small skits between each performance.

“I thought Austin and Brett did a good job as the emcees. They were very funny and entertaining for the audience. I know I laughed a lot,” junior Haleigh Chapman said.

The show also featured a special dance, in which the graduating senior performers chose a guest to assist them on stage. They danced and laughed as the guests tried their best to remember the routine.

“My favorite dance was the senior dance with the guys because it was funny to watch them try to figure out what they were doing,” freshman Nick Marciano said.

Many students enjoyed the dance concert and were very pleased with the performances.

“I really liked the concert. I even went to both nights of it to support all of my friends,” junior Liz Deem said.
